With the arrival of my first child in 2008, I became increasingly interested in natural health treatments and wellbeing. On my journey in supporting my family’s wellbeing, I studied a variety of complementary modalities. These have included Aromatherapy, Homeopathy and Nutritional Well-being.
In 2015, my family and I moved to Guernsey. We have very much enjoyed the natural beauty of our island home and the friendly and trusting nature of this community.
My decision to formally undertake a two year course in Light Therapy was taken after experiencing the treatment first hand. After receiving treatment for a gastrointestinal complaint, I was very impressed with the increased speed of recovery.
My studies were underpinned by the scientific evidence relating to Light Therapy and the corresponding logical treatment model. In addition, I became more aware of the wide range of complementary applications of Light Therapy, especially within long-established medical communities throughout Western Europe (including Psychiatry, Dentistry, Gynaecology).
I am passionate about the use of Light Therapy, both to improve everyday ailments, in addition to more serious medical conditions (some previously unresponsive to conventional medical treatments).
